The service
Happy Valley Scoopers provides weekly residential dog-waste removal, plus one-time and initial cleanups, on a local route in Utah Valley. We aim to text on the way, send a completion photo, and secure your gate after each visit. These service standards are goals we work toward, not guarantees.
Billing
Weekly service is priced per visit and billed monthly for the visits completed, based on the number of dogs in the yard. There's no long-term contract. Billing details are managed through our onboarding provider.
Pause & cancellation
You can pause or cancel anytime from your account. We'll wrap up any visit already in progress for the current cycle.
Yard access & weather
Please keep the gate accessible on your scheduled day. If a yard isn't accessible or weather pushes a visit, we aim to text you and pick up at the next opportunity.
