How often do you come, and do I need to be home?
We visit weekly on your scheduled day and you never need to be home. Just leave the gate accessible — we aim to text on the way, send a completion photo, and secure the gate behind us.
What does it cost, and is there a contract?
It's one flat monthly price based on how many dogs share the yard — $69 for one dog, $79 for two, $89 for three, and a custom quote for four or more. No per-pile charges and no long-term contract.
Do you service my neighborhood?
We run a tight local route in Provo, Utah. Enter your ZIP on our onboarding page and we'll confirm your street and earliest start date.
Can I pause or cancel?
Anytime. Going on vacation or taking a break? Pause from your account, and cancel whenever you like — there's no contract holding you in.
What happens in bad weather?
We keep an eye on the forecast. If weather pushes your visit, we aim to text you and pick up at the next opportunity.
Do you need a gate code?
You'll set up access during online signup in whatever way you're comfortable with. We never collect gate codes through this website's contact form.
